Building a home should be a very pleasurable experience. Here you won't have to pick from a limited selection of pre-designed floor plans. Why settle for a layout that you really don't like? Or be charged extra for changes only to get it a little closer to what you're looking for? We can make your changes and build your home exactly the way you want it, at no extra cost.
We build a stronger product, but we build it very economically. By its very nature a modular home is built stronger than stick built in order to ship it and lift with a crane. Our customers get an excellent value in their home.
No commissioned salespeople here. Just two guys who love what they do and will not rush you into a floor plan that you're not sure of. We're very patient and will take all the time necessary to learn what you're really looking for.
All modular homes are not the same. As with anything, you get what you pay for. We don't build the "mobile home'' type of "on-frame modular" you see at most mobile home dealerships - not that there is anything wrong with those if that's what you are looking for. Our homes get you much more on your apprased value, money in your pocket.
Bring in a floor plan, whether just some of your ideas or something from a plans book or even a mobile home dealer. Chances are we can build it. We have built some beautiful homes that began as a scribble on a napkin. Why make yourself crazy looking at thousands of floor plans? With our patience we can take your thoughts and with your help come up with a plan you'll love.
As a general contractor, we can complete your entire project from start to finish. We do this for about half of our customers who don't have the time or desire to oversee their project.
Or, we'll allow you to act as your own general contractor. We don't mind. This allows you the advantage to use your years of HG TV knowledge and experience while saving a lot of money and having fun too. Don't worry, we're still right here ready to help at anytime.
We're also willing to build, set and dry-in your home and let you oversee the rest of your project. This is great for someone who has friends and family that can do the work needed to complete the project. Even after starting if you would rather we take over, no problem.
Over half of our customers have taken advantage of this flexibility. We can't stress enough, should you choose to do your finish work but have questions or need help, don't worry, we're here to help and advise you throughout the process. We're only a phone call away.
