Here is one of our homes
and a look at the inside. These are just a few of the amenities we offer that this customer wanted in their home. Your home would probably look completely different inside because of your particular needs and wants. This beautiful colonial three story has a nice open floor plan with a bonus room
over the two car garage. Hardwood floors are very popular now and was selected for the dining room accented with a lovely area rug. |

The main entry door is stained wood with plenty of glass giving the foyer a nice bright and airy feeling. The den has crown molding, french doors, and a gas fireplace, which is offered with several trim packages if you don't particularly like the white. |

The opposite end of the
house has the living room with several large windows that really brighten up the room. Our windows tilt in on the tops as well as the bottoms, much easier for your husband to clean them. Baths have solid showers and cultured marble top vanities for beauty and durability. Kitchens come with various materials for counter tops depending on your likes. Cabinets can be oak, cherry ,maple, etc. Again, what do you like?

spacious breakfast nook has a beautiful bay window and plenty of room for the kids to do homework or just enjoying playing together. The formal dining
room has a magnificent tray ceiling and lovely chandelier. Making this room perfect for dinners with the family or entertaining friends on special occasions. |

The guest bedrooms are up stairs but could just as easily be designed for downstairs depending on your needs. Closets are great for guest, big enough but not to big to where they can stay too long. The closets can be made larger if needed. |

The guest bedrooms have a shared bathroom great for saving space but at the same time offering a full bath for each. A cozy sitting area is perfect for providing privacy for reading or watching T.V. while not disturbing others. |
Tubs, commodes, and showers can be as fancy or as simple as are each individuals taste. Whether elaborate tiled showers, garden tubs for soaking or jetted tubs for sore muscles, it still comes down to one simple question. What do you want and what will it take to make you happy?
