Jon and I wanted to say thank you so much for all you have done for us.  We wouldn't have our beautiful home if it were not for all your help.  Thanks for your input on the design of the home.  We love it!  It is exactly what we wanted. 

We can't believe all the time and effort you spent with us throughout the entire process.  Not only did you deliver what you promised, you exceeded our expectations with the quality of our home and the service you gave us.  We are so happy with our first home!

We are all moved in to the downstairs, including the nursery which we just finished painting.  Jon and my father have been working on the upstairs on weekends.  He has the walls framed for 2 big bedrooms and a full bath between them.  He has never done anything like this before.  It looks really good and he is very proud of himself (he's such a stud!). 

We just got our appraisel for the permenant loan, and it is without the upstairs completely finished, and we have $34,000 of equity in our home now.  Can you believe it?  When we get finished with the upstairs it will be even more. 

Thanks for letting us be our own general contractors.  It wasn't as scary or as hard as we thought and was well worth the effort.  We are the only ones of our friends that built their home.  Everyone else just bought existing houses.  None of them have any equity. 

We plan to keep our house for about five years and then sell it and do this again.  I hope you will be as patient with us then as you were this time.

Dear Lucky and Monty,

Thank you for your help with our home. 

The thing I liked best with Custom Homes is that I could have what I wanted.  I could design my own home.

We went to 5 or 6 other places before finding you.  You were the first place we came to that offered to make changes to the floor plans at no extra cost.

One thing I remember at one of the other places was that they charged $90 to change the ceiling light to a box-out for a ceiling fan.  Well, I wanted five ceiling fans in my home and that adds up.  I was so happy when you put in all five at no extra cost!

Also, not one of the other places would build a 12/12 roof.  They would only go to a 9/12 and then they charged extra to do that.   But I wanted to be able to finish the upstairs and a 9/12 didn't give me enough space to do that.  You gave me the 12/12 roof with no problem and no change fee.

You were very patient with us to explain everything and we appreciate that. You were up front and honest about what it would take to build our home. 

Also, it was nice not to have to deal with a salesman.  There is so much confusion with them because they have to go get answers from their managers.

We really like our house and could not have had it if we could not have been our own general contractor and done so much of the work ourselves.  Thank you for all you have done for us.

Thank you for all you have done for us.  You went way beyond the call of duty.

You were very helpful with any question I had no matter how small.  And Lucky had a lot of patience with me while I worked on our financing.

Your pricing was very fair, way better than the first company that we went to for the same size home.  And with you letting John do so much of our site work, we are going to have so much equity that we won't have to pay PMI when we close on our permanent loan.  That helps our payment a lot.

I also really liked the idea that we could come and change the plan and make it like I wanted it to be.  I also liked that the changes did not cost us extra.

You were very up front with me and I didn't feel like you were just telling me what I wanted to hear.  I wanted to know what to expect with no sugar coating and you were good about telling me everything.  I felt very comfortable with you.
